Refund and Returns Policy — Pegas Tools

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all digital products (software add-ons and licenses) sold by VIKKY UNIPESSOAL LDA through the Pegas Tools website (pegastools.com). By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Nature of the Products

All products sold on Pegas Tools are digital goods — downloadable software add-ons and license keys for Autodesk Fusion 360. Because digital goods are delivered immediately upon purchase and can be used or copied instantly, Portuguese consumer law (Decree-Law No. 24/2014) exempts digital content from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has begun or the license key has been delivered, provided the customer gave prior explicit consent to this exemption.

By completing the purchase and ticking the consent checkbox at checkout, you explicitly agree that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once the digital content has been made available to you.

2. When a Refund Is Granted

Although the withdrawal right is waived for delivered digital content, we evaluate refund requests fairly. A full refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Non-delivery — you completed payment but never received a download link or license key and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 3 business days.
  • Major defect — the product does not function as described on the product page and we are unable to provide a working fix or patch within 5 business days of a reported bug.
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice; contact us within 7 days with both order numbers.
  • Incompatible Fusion 360 version — the product page stated compatibility with your Fusion 360 version, but the add-on fails to operate on that version and a fix cannot be delivered.

3. When a Refund Is Not Granted

We do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the license key or download link was delivered.
  • You purchased the wrong product — please read product descriptions carefully before buying. If unsure, contact support before purchasing.
  • Your Fusion 360 subscription has expired or was downgraded after purchase.
  • The product does not integrate with third-party software or workflows not listed in our documentation.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us by email at vikky.corp@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request — Order #[your order number]”. Include:

  • Your full name and email address used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots or a description of any technical issue (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. License Revocation

If a refund is approved and processed, the corresponding license key will be deactivated immediately. Continued use of the software after a refund is granted constitutes a violation of the license agreement.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will result in automatic license revocation and may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases. We cooperate fully with payment processor dispute resolution processes.
