Moving parts from Fusion 360 to external nesting software — and back — takes time and introduces positioning errors. Pegas Nesting Studio eliminates that step entirely: the nesting solver runs directly inside Fusion 360, and the results are ready for CAM without any data transfer.
Automatic Part Placement
Pegas Nesting Studio reads the selected Fusion 360 components, lets you set the sheet dimensions and minimum spacing between parts, and runs the placement automatically. The resulting layout is visible immediately in the add-in panel.
PDF Export and Part Labels
Once the layout is ready, export a PDF that includes the full sheet layout with part names and quantities — useful for job documentation, cutting orders, and workshop handoff. The label generator creates printable labels for each part in the nest, which can be applied to cut pieces for traceability.
